Diane Gerrard, Director, Founder, and Lead Executive Coach, her passion is Coaching whether that is for Business, Professional or Sports Coaching she has been working with individuals and teams to achieve their goals and running her own business for more than 20 years. Diane continues her continuous personal development with MSc Coaching and Behavioural Change with Henley Business School (2016-2019).

Diane works with YOU, or Your high-performance teams to identify your challenges, explore models, concepts, creative solutions to resolve issues to successful conclusion enabling you and your business to reframe and focus on key objectives and ultimately to achieve your personal, sports and business goals. 

Diane was a Senior Member of UK & European Microsoft Team involved in all aspects of this fast-growing global business with their first offices outside the US.  As Microsoft grew she specialized and qualified in her Senior Business and HR Advisor role supporting the growing Microsoft business in UK, Europe and worldwide.  Her work involved designing best practice business solutions until she was invited to champion International Mergers & Acquisitions supporting and coaching Senior Microsoft VP’s to grow the business and identify the best people solutions.

After qualifying with Oxford Brookes University as Executive Coach Diane created her own Coaching company in 2004.  Diane used her Worldwide knowledge and experience gained from Corporate Organisations such as UK, European & US Microsoft, Softimage, AVID, Nextbase, Rendermorphics and more to help her clients.

Diane continues with her Personal Development journey, Chartered CIPD, active member of Institute of Directors, Certified ABNLP Member,  Member, EMCC and Association of Coaching and attends regular Peer Supervision with Henley Business School approved Peer Supervisor.  

Diane has a wide range of clients, Individuals, Sports Professionals, or Executives and Teams in IT and Telecommunications, Financial & Banking, Management Consultant, Professionals and she also supports many Company Directors in Small Medium and Enterprise companies.  

In her spare time Diane is an Enterprise Advisor with a local School in the Wokingham area working closely with their leadership, careers and teachers.  Diane coaches 6th form students, Undergraduates and Graduates who seek clarity with their chosen educational route and careers.

Diane takes a keen interest in supporting Sports Professionals to get the most from their individual contributors and teams.

Diane attends EMCC, AC, ICF, Henley Business School and Oxford Brookes University Coaching events exploring new ideas to make her the Best coach she can be support her clients.  She has coached for more than 5 years with Coaching Initiative, Search for Common Ground (DR of Congo and Egypt) and Soliya supporting her not for profit work and expanding her cross-cultural awareness in business.  

Diane continues to develop her coaching and business skills supporting Businesses Managers and Sports Professionals as part of her MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change.

Diane worked with Senior Executives Worldwide to develop best practice and cross-cultural awareness supporting them to face awesome challenges every day.

Diane’s passion continued establishing her own leading International Coaching Business working with Coaching clients providing Coaching 1:1 or via Skype across many time zones and cultures.

Diane is passionate about coaching individuals who are at the start of their career or their sport and executives who face very different challenges which can be a lonely role.  Whether YOU aspires to be at the top of your career or need coaching to find the right path or profession, Diane has a wealth of experience and knowledge to guide you through your challenges.

Diane is a proud and supportive of Oliver Gerrard (her son) .  Oliver is currently in his 3rd year studying BSc Sports & Exercise at Oxford Brookes University.

Oliver is a high performance student rower representing Oxford Brookes University Rowing Club at British University Championships and other rowing events including Henley Royal Regatta.  

Oliver is a rowing coach and sports trainer currently coaching Mens VIII and single rowers.  Oli holds current RYA powerboat licence (2016) and certified first aid skills.  He is a keen and experienced photographer.  During his spare time Oli enjoys road biking in Majorca and UK and working out in the gym.  Oli loves dogs, walking and being outdoors especially by the river and sea.  Oli is a single sculler with his own single as well as part of University VIII’s and other smaller rowing crews.

Oli competed nationally (2015) winning National Schools Regatta in Schools first VIII, Silver (2016) National Schools Head of the River in Championship Schools VIII,  and National Schools Regatta 4th VIII’s crew.  Oliver rowed with his VIII and IV crews at Henley Royal Regatta in the Temple Cup against UK and International crews and British University Championship rowing events throughout the year.  Oliver and his crew won 2015 National Schools Regatta in Schools VIII, Silver in 2016 at Schools Head of the River in Championship Schools VIII, and 2017 National Schools Regatta 4th in Championship VIII.  

Oliver rowed with Shiplake VIII and IV Crews at Head of the Charles, Boston, USA and Head of the River, Philadelphia at US Rowing events.  

Oliver has regularly coached Shiplake Summer Rowing Camps, and regularly coaches new adult rowers, young aspiring rowers, and adapt rowers with disabilities.  His passion for sport and fitness complements with his great inter-people skills enables him to encourage all rowers and fitness enthusiasts to enjoy their sport whether this is rowing, cycling, fitness and other sports(football) to achieve success and improve their overall fitness and wellbeing.

Diane and Oliver are very passionate about their chosen coaching careers.  We enjoy working closely with other MSc Coaches from Henley Business School and Undergraduate BSc Sports & Exercise Science Student coaches who share our passion to help others to achieve their best.
