Team Coaching in beautiful settings

Team Coaching is a relatively new activity, research about coaching at work within an organization often focuses on one to one coaching at the Executive and Leadership level.  John Whitmore (2017) describes coaching as unlocking people’s potential to maximize their own performance.  “No individual person can be wise enough on their own” (quoted by cadbury report on board governance, 1992).

We explore the latest research for high performance teams to determine whether these approaches can be transferred and applied effectively to your team coaching needs, team learning and explore the complexity of the dynamics and variances within your team.

Team Coaching enables you to reach your potential using your very own coach to identify key skills, successful strategies, and apply these to your approaches to sport, life and business to achieve success.

We offer one to one sessions for coaches or group sessions with teams together your qualified Team Coaches who have worked with High-Performance successful team in business and sport.

We explore the group dynamics and systems thinking to enable your team to be effective and achieve your goals.  We use Models, Concepts, Tools and Techniques used in Business and Sport and these can be transferred into the business environment.

Teams never stop learning and must always keep training hard to succeed.  We need to stay strong in self-belief, maintain our passion in what we are doing, of ourselves, and the future opportunities.

Our own self beliefs are often the biggest barriers to overcome, our own self talk needs to be positive and replace self defeatist expectations with successful ones.  Learn from constructive criticism, new ideas, and tools, and prove the doubters wrong, your coach will be with you every step of your journey when the going gets tough and obstacles get in your way.

We work with your teams to explore how groups can help and hinder through their learning and development looking at research literature which includes group therapy, group dynamic processes and team coaching principles and the impact of systems thinking.  We consider common psychological issues present within groups and impact on learning and development.  We explore working in groups using different models to demonstrate how this knowledge helps and hinders executives, individuals, teams to learn and develop.

We demonstrate how systems thinking and systemic coaching principles can generate opportunities and issues when coaching within an organisational environment.  We consider similarities and differences in coaching individuals and within organisational environment.

We work with teams on their learning journey in beautiful settings including Henley Business School, Reading and beautiful seaside Poole.

Within our coaching we provide time to reflect, to explore the things that matter and this can be enjoyed with an early morning or sunset walks along the riverbank or around beautiful Poole Harbour.
